Founded in 2005 by xuzhou cumt backfill technology co.,ltd, and with the participation of China University of mining and technology, xuzhou cumt backfill technology co.,ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in green filling mining, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It was successfully listed on the new third board in January 2015. At present, the company is moving towards group operation, with Baker intelligent control subsidiary, Shanxi Zhongkuang Filling Technology Co., Ltd, Inner Mongolia Zhongkuang green mining subsidiary and filling material research institute.

The mission of the company is to create the world's professional green mining technology, protect the ecological environment of the mining area, improve the resource recovery rate and promote the sustainable development of the coal industry, aiming to fundamentally solve the coal mining subsidence; Relying on the state-level key discipline of mining engineering of China University of mining and technology and the State Key Laboratory of coal resources and safe mining, the company took the lead in developing the solid waste paste filling mining technology, which has successfully solved the problems of mining under special conditions such as village, railway, water body and confined water, strip mining, recovery of residual coal pillars, filling mining in fully mechanized mining face, water conservation mining and resource utilization of solid waste. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken and completed more than 30 coal mine paste filling demonstration projects. At present, the company is developing general contracting operation services for filling mining, and has many successful cases.

1. Design of a complete set of filling and mining scheme

Relying on the cooperation with China University of mining and technology and many professional technicians of our company, our company has rich experience in the design of filling mining scheme. We can complete all the preliminary design and construction drawings independently, and we also have a lot of successful experience in the review and defense of mining design scheme.

2. Customized filling material ratio

Because solid waste paste filling has high requirements for raw materials and proportion, through technical innovation, we can make customized improvement on the material proportion according to the customer's site and surrounding conditions, so as to greatly reduce the cost of filling materials and ensure the filling efficiency and effect.

3. Design and production of key equipment

The key equipment mainly includes self-developed filling pump, downhole intelligent electric control system and remote electric control valve group. As the core equipment of the whole filling station, the technology of filling pump was monopolized by German enterprises more than ten years ago. After our continuous research and improvement, we finally broke through the technical difficulties, realized the localization of filling pump, and ended the monopoly of German enterprises on China. The electric control system is the nervous system of the filling station. The system developed by our company has realized full automatic control. The start, stop and operation status of all equipment and valves can be controlled by the system. At present, the AI duty function is being tested.

The company has more than 30 core technical teams, including 3 doctors and 15 masters. By September 2021, it has more than 100 patents and proprietary technologies.

Professor Zhou Huaqiang, chairman, founder and expert of the company, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of mining engineering, a national key discipline of China University of mining and technology, and a pioneer of solid waste paste filling coal mining technology. His main research direction is rock stratum control and filling mining. In 1994, he studied paste filling technology at Imperial College of technology, and presided over the completion of industrial demonstration projects such as the first paste filling to increase the mining upper limit of coal mines in China, the first fully mechanized mining of thick coal seams under buildings without coal pillars, the first paste filling recovery of coal pillars left by strip mining under buildings, and the first paste filling mining under buildings above confined water, It has opened up a new direction of green mining with paste filling of coal mine solid waste.

Liu Gang, the general manager of the company, graduated from North Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in machinery, and later obtained an MBA degree from Harbin University of technology. He began to serve as the director and general manager of the company in 2011. Since 1994, he has served as deputy general manager of XCMG Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., followed by Li as general manager of Xuzhou XCMG Metal Structure Co., Ltd., and Chinese manager and chairman of Xuzhou xiyake Bohui company; General manager of Xuzhou special purpose vehicle company, chairman of Xuzhou xiyako company, chairman and general manager of Xuzhou antonoli company, chairman of Xuzhou jivas company, etc.

Sun Xiaoguang, deputy general manager of technology of the company, is a graduate student majoring in coal mining of China University of mining and technology and a senior engineer. He joined the company as deputy general manager of technology in 2010. He once participated in and presided over the first batch of coal mine paste filling projects in China. Presided over and completed paste filling projects such as Hanwang coal mine of Henan coking coal group, Tianyu coal mine of Inner Mongolia Shuangxin group, Gaohe coal mine of Shanxi Lu'an Group and Erdun coal mine of Yulin city.

In recent years, the state has paid more attention to and supported filling mining, and our technology is also constantly updated and improved, which makes the company get more opportunities to cooperate with coal mines. The following are the main customer cases in recent two years:

Gaohe coal mine of Shanxi Lu'an Group

Gaohe coal mine is a large coal mine with an annual output of 10 million tons in Shanxi. This project creates the BOT mode of the first filling station in the industry. Our company undertakes a full set of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the filling station. The project uses the paste filling scheme based on the gangue crushing technology, and the designed annual gangue treatment capacity is one million tons. It solves the environmental protection problem of gangue treatment for the local government and Lu'an Group, improves the fully mechanized mining efficiency of Gaohe coal mine, and continues the working face that could not continue mining, which is an industry benchmark project.

Yulin santaijie coal mine

Santaijie coal mine was close to shutdown in 2018. Through the filling mining scheme designed by our company, another 5 million tons of recoverable resources were approved, making the coal mine sustainable. Our company has contracted to build the filling station, using the paste filling technology of sand and cement. At present, it has been in stable operation for nearly two years, with an annual filling and mining volume of more than 500000 cubic meters.

Yulin Yongle coal mine

The filling system adopted by Yongle coal mine is similar to that of santaijie coal mine. The filling station is also constructed by our company. It has been running stably for more than one year, and the annual filling mining volume has reached 600000 cubic meters. Filling mining enables Yongle coal mine to obtain nearly 10 million tons of additional minable coal resources.

Mahuang Liangtai Faxiang group, Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province

This project is Mahuangliang coal mine under taifaxiang group. Our company is responsible for the design of filling and mining scheme, and provides a complete set of filling control system and core pipe valve. Like Gaohe coal mine, it uses paste filling based on gangue crushing technology. The filling volume of one million cubic meters can be guaranteed through the electric control system provided by our company.

Xingshengmin coal mine in Fugu County and Erdun coal mine in Mahuangliang Town, Yulin City

These two projects are both contracted by our company and are filled with paste based on gangue crushing. It is expected that both filling stations can start operation in the first half of next year. The annual filling volume of both projects will exceed 800000 cubic meters.

1. Greatly increase the mining efficiency and recovery rate of existing resources, save the coal mines that need to stop production due to backward mining technology, and realize the "three down and one up" mining;
